Capital One Café - New York

Best Went their for the free coffee but definitely will come back for the service and hospitality The cashier is very patient to explain us the menu and each part of it Everything is clean, professional Compare to the previous one around columbus circle, staffs in this one surely more friendly and enthusiastic. I will come back here for sure. Bad Well… I must say I have little to none complain about it other than the honey jar is stuck to the plates and I cant use it - maybe because of the dripped honey I hope they put more attention to these little details and clean them more often Also the caramel coffee is overly sugary I have to bring it home and add tons of coffee into it.

If you want nice services, skip busy hours. But no doubt with their drinks. The seasonal tea latte I got was amazing. Great flavor with creamy and smooth texture. Milk was foamy.

Great pit stop with super customer service. Coffee, little snack, stretch your feet and take a breather. Lots of comfortable seating and it’s clean (including the bathroom). Right by the subway. Lots of bank representatives available as well. Oh and yes to the AC!

Two weeks ago, after I made my platelet donation at the New York Blood Center Enterprises, I remember that Capital One has recently opened their own cafe. Since they treated me so well and was so understanding when I had to resolve problems, I decided to pay their new cafe a visit. It took me a while to find it but the nearby Capital One bank helped me to locate it. When I went inside, I was....at a loss for words. The decor, the atmosphere, the friendly staff, the food itself. It just felt that I belong here and that I have chosen the right bank for me. It was quite crowded when I got there and when I asked one of the staff if this is the usual crowd, they told me that it is usually more crowded on weekdays. I was quite shocked though because I underestimated how popular this place truly is. As a Capital One customer myself, I did get a lovely discount on my beverage and since it was my first time there, I went with their food and drink recommendations which is a garlic bread with peppers and cilantro alongside a Mocha. Any more to say? Well, there's plenty of seating with dedicated charging stations and wall plugs, lounge area, etc. If you want to have the full experience, why not pay this place a visit? I know that I'll return soon and as for my recommendation, I would definitely give this place a chance hands down.

Always wanna be here and finally here I am! First, I like the aesthetic of the design very open and welcoming! I ordered ice latte and it taste very good! There were a lot of seatings and you will always see a lot of people working there with their laptop. I love their sunroom-like store front that allow the sun to shine into the store! So beautiful! I actually didn’t try their food but will be back to try them all. Overall, it’s a good place to hang out with friends, doing computer works. Everything there was very neat and clean!

Friendly and good service :) I’m happy from the greeter when you walk in as it should be for other cafes. Glad I was able to try and didn’t disappoint. I had to grab a quick sandwich and it was tasty.
